人はミスするのが当たり前。ミスは叱るものではなくて、ミスはチームでカバーするもの。


笑う人には余裕があります。

親でも社員でも

｢もともと人はミスをする前提で動く｣

｢ミスはマイナスでもぐちぐち叱る時間よりすぐ取り返す行動や対策に移る｣

｢みんなに平等は求めず、笑いを求め、個人それぞれのベストが伸びればチーム全体の結果が伸びる｣

｢そのときのベストを尽くせば完璧でなくてもOK。それでできないならやり方を変える。｣

｢ジュースをこぼしたらもう終わりじゃない、商品を倒したらもう終わりじゃない。

そこから自分たちがどう動くかがむしろチーム力の発揮しどころ。｣


そのバイトで僕らはミスしたら

すぐさまその場でコンテニューして

誰かがカバーできないかとか別の手をうつだけなのに、

叱る社員はそこでゲームオーバーにして

また最初からノーミスでやり直しだとかいうから

無駄に落ち込みますし、モチベーションも相当下がってました。


もちろん、子供が悪いことしたり、店員が犯罪をしたら叱るのは当然です。

しかし、子どもが善意でうごいて失敗したり、

店員が一生懸命働いた末のミスを叱るというのはデメリットのような気がします。*1
